Sometimes other seasonings are added. The street food version is served on a stick. The mango stands upright when placed on a flat surface. Coated in a non-yellowing, indoor/outdoor matte varnish, with an additional high-gloss, non-yellowing, indoor/outdoor varnish added to the sauce. Lobster clasp closure.
